Dan Hanson

President & Owner

Dan is the Owner of Frontier Builders. He truly enjoys working with people and helping them attain the goal of building their dream home. He appreciates the personal relationship he forms with his clients and pours his heart and soul into every project. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does professionally and personally. Dan has over 25 years of experience in many different facets of the building process, giving him the knowledge to efficiently coordinate projects and foresee challenges before they arise.

Kim Hanson

Director of Operations

Kim serves as Frontier Builders’ Director of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day business functions that keep the company organized, responsive, and moving forward. Her role spans billing and financial administration, human resources, marketing, media, office operations, and internal systems. With a strong understanding of both the business and construction sides of the company, Kim helps connect the office and field teams, supports efficient project administration, and ensures the behind-the-scenes details are handled so the team can stay focused on delivering quality work.

Jim Conner

Project Manager

Jim brings over 15 years of experience specializing in custom residential and commercial building projects. Known for exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, Jim ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise includes design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, client communication, and quality control.

Tom Stowe

Superintendent

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Tom brings a proven blend of leadership, technical skill, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential developments, commercial builds, and large-scale work. Known for his practical approach and ability to anticipate challenges, Tom ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
